Fees
Our standard psychology fee for individuals is currently set at $230 for a 50 minute consultation. There may be different fees applied for 3rd party payers and insurers. Some services and reports may also attract GST.
An Australian Medicare rebate of $98.95 also applies for up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a referral from a medical specialist such as your GP, leaving a gap fee of $131.05.
Cancellation Policy
We prefer as much notice as possible if you become aware that you will not be able to attend a scheduled appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another person and allows that person time to make the appropriate arrangements.
We have a 2 full business day cancellation policy and impose a fee of 100% of the scheduled fee.
Referrals
We absolutely welcome self-referrals; however, if you choose to see a medical professional and obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you may be entitled to access a rebate. Alternatively, you may be entitled to claim a rebate with your private health fund without a referral. Referrals can be made by GP's, Specialists, Allied Health Professionals, Co-Ordinator of Supports, other services, organisations and insurers.
